Cheesy Garlic Soup Dippers

  • 2 tbsp Garlic, granulated
  • 2 tbsp Onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Parsley, dried

  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Ingredients

• 1 loaf Sourdough Bread
• ½ cup butter
• 2 tbsp granulated garlic
• 2 tbsp onion powder
• 1 tbsp dried parsley
• ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

• Slice each piece of bread lengthwise & place flat on baking sheet (I usually do about 10 slices or ½ a loaf)
• Place butter in small bowl & melt in microwave approx 20-30 seconds
• Brush melted butter over each slice of bread - coating well
• Sprinkle with seasonings & Parmesan cheese
• Broil 7-10 minutes watching carefully as every oven is different - cook until golden brown & cheese is melted
