Ingredients

  • 2 medium peaches (peeled, pitted and sliced).
  • 1 cup pitted cherries (fresh/frozen).
  • 1½ cup fat free yogurt.
  • 2 tsp honey (optional).
  • ½ cup filtered water ( optional).
  • 1 cup crushed ice.

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients to blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Taste and adjust flavor add honey for adding more sweetness.
