  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup or agave
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chopped dark chocolate or dairy-free chocolate for topping (optional)
  • 1 cup [Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almondmilkhttps://www.almondbreeze.com/products/almondmilk-unsweetened-vanilla/]
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup or agave
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  • In a large bowl whisk together the cocoa powder and chia seeds.
  • Slowly pour in the almond milk whisking the entire time to prevent clumps from forming.
  • Whisk in the maple or agave syrup and vanilla extract.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  • In a large bowl whisk together the matcha powder and chia seeds.
  • Slowly pour in the almond milk whisking the entire time to prevent clumps from forming.
  • Whisk in the maple or agave syrup and vanilla extract.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  • Spoon equal amounts of the chocolate chia pudding into 4 glasses or jars.
  • Top with equal amounts of the matcha chia pudding.
  • Repeat with more layers until all of the pudding is used.
  • Top with chopped dark chocolate or dairy-free chocolate if desired.
  • Serve immediately or cover and store in the fridge to eat throughout the week (they should keep for approximately 4-5 days).
