    • 6 1/2 tbsp Chia seeds

    • 2 cups Milk

Directions

  • In one bowl, blend 1 cup milk, 3 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder and 2 tablespoon rice syrup.
  • In another bowl, blend 1 cup milk, 3 tablespoons chia seeds, 1/2 cup cherries and 3 tablespoon rice syrup.
  • Let both of your mixtures stand on your counter for about 1 hour (or over night in the fridge).
  • Take two serving glasses. Put half of chocolate pudding in each glass. Top with half of cherry pudding.
  • OPTIONAL: Garnish with some whipped topping (or whipped cream), shaved dark chocolate and a cherry on top.
