Chocolate Chips Healthy Cookies

  • 2 Egg

• Baking & Spices

  • 1/4 cup Chocolate chips - i used richfields in nz but any dark chocolate chips works too if preferred, sugar free
  • 2 tbsp Coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla paste or vanilla extract

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil, virgin

• Nuts & Seeds

  • 3/4 cup Cashews pieces or cashew nuts
  • 2 cup Coconut, dessicated

• Other

  • 2 tablespoon stevia powder or xylitol or erythritol - I used natvia
