Ingredients

• 2 cups Flour
• ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
• ¼ teaspoon Salt
• 1 ¼ cups Dark Brown Sugar (Firmly packed)
• 1 ¼ cups White Sugar
• 1 cup Butter (Sweet Cream, Salted)
• 3 large Eggs
• 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
• 2 teaspoons Vanilla
• Ghirardelli Chocolate Dark Melting Wafers
• Christmas Sprinkles

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350.
• In medium bowl, combine flour, soda and salt. Mix well with wire whisk.
• In large bowl blend sugars using electric mixer.
• Add butter and mix to form grainy paste.
• Add eggs, peanut butter and vanilla and mix at medium speed till fluffy.
• Add flour mixture.
• Roll cookies in balls and bake on a cookie sheet for 7-9 minutes.
• Allow baked cookies to cool.
• Melt semi-sweet, dark or milk chocolate in microwave.
• Dip one half of cookie into the chocolate.
• Add sprinkles.
