Christmas Tree Cheese Platter (Vegan

• Produce

  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 1 pint Cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 1 bunch Rosemary, Fresh

• Condiments

  • 1 jar Castelvetrano olives
  • 1 jar Kalamata olives

• Other

  • 1-2 packages Daiya Farmhouse Blocks, cut in cubes

Ingredients

• 1 bunch fresh rosemary
• 1-2 packages Daiya Farmhouse Blocks, cut in cubes
• 1 jar Kalamata olives
• 1 jar Castelvetrano olives
• 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
• 1 bell pepper, any color

Directions

• On a large platter, line up some sprigs of rosemary with the longest row on the bottom. Reserve some extra rosemary to fill in the gaps later.
• Add the cubes of cheese with the first row under the bottom row of rosemary. Add an extra cube for the trunk.
• Next add the olives in between the cubes of cheese.
• Then add the tomatoes in any spaces that remain. Fill in the edges of the tree with the reserved rosemary.
• Finally, cut a piece of bell pepper in the shape of a star and place on the top of the tree.
