  • 1t Vanilla
  • 3T cocoa powder
  • ⅓ cup Honey
  • ⅓ cup Maple Syrup
  • ½ cup ground flax seed (I used golden flax from Bobs Red Mill)
  • 1 cup Old Fashion Oats
  • 1½ cups Rice Crispies

Directions

  • In mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, vanilla, cocoa powder, honey, and maple syrup.
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
  • Shape dough into bite sized ball, approximately 1-inch round.
  • Refrigerate in an airtight container.
  • Serves: 20
