  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/4 cups Milk

Ingredients

• 1.25 cups of milk
• 4 cups vanilla ice cream
• 1 Tbsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp ground ginger
• ⅓ cup butter, melted
• cookie butter
• Speechless cookies (3 per milkshake, 2 to crush, 1 as garnish)

• chocolate sauce
• Whipped cream:
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 Tablespoon powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

• First, make your whipped cream by combining the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla and using your whisk attachment in stand mixture with a bowl thats been in the freezer for 10 minutes, whisk on medium-high for several minutes until the peaks stand upright.
• Next, garnish your glasses with the cookie butter and the pieces of 2 broken Speculoos cookies per glass.
• Then mix together the milk, vanilla ice cream, cinnamon, and ginger in your blender.
• Add some caramel sauce to each glass, then fill the glasses with milkshake. Add an extra dollop of cookie butter to each milkshake right on top!
• Top with whipped cream, add one straw and one cookie, then add some chocolate sauce drizzle over the top.
• This could also make 6 half glasses. Perfect as a little party dessert.
