  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons cranberries, dried
  • ½ teaspoon orange zest
  • 2 tablespoons pecans, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons of almond slices
  • sweetener (optional)

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a microwave safe bowl.
  • Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add sweetener if you would like it a bit more sweet. I used liquid vanilla stevia.
  • Serves: 1
