Ingredients

• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup light sour cream
• 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
• 1/2 cup diced green onions
• 1/2 cup diced fresh parsley
• 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

• In the bowl of a food processor, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well until combined. Cover and chill for 2 hours before serving. Serve with Food Should Taste Good tortilla chips.
