Crock Pot Apricot Chicken

  • 5 Chicken breasts

• Canned Goods

  • 1 envelope Onion soup mix, dry

• Condiments

  • 1 1/2 cups Apricot preserves
  • 1 cup Russian dressing

Ingredients

• 1½ cups apricot preserves
• 1 cup Russian dressing
• 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
• 5-6 chicken breasts

Directions

• In a medium bowl mix together the apricot preserves, dressing and soup mix. Add chicken to a crock pot and cover with sauce. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours. Shred chicken and serve on top of rice and drizzle with extra sauce.
