Crock Pot Polish Sausage and Cabbage Soup

Ingredients

• 1/ ½ pounds smoked Polish sausage links, halved lengthwise and cut into bite size pieces.
• 4 cups chicken broth
• 4 cups cabbage, chopped
• 2 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 1 to 2 onions, chopped
• 1 carrot, peeled and shredded
• 2 Tablespoon caraway seed, crushed
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

• Put all your ingredients in your crock pot and mix gently until well combined
• Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours
