  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup certified gluten free rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter or sunflower seed butter
  • 1-2 teaspoons pure maple syrup or honey

Directions

  • Place coconut milk, frozen banana, ice, oats, peanut butter and maple syrup in high powered blender.
  • Blend on high 1-2 minutes, until smooth and oats are finely ground.
  • Pour into glasses and serve.
