Ingredients

• 2 8-oz blocks cream cheese, softened
• 1 c. sharp shredded Cheddar
• 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• 1 tbsp. chives, chopped
• 1/2 mix black and white sesame seeds

Directions

• Mix together cream cheese, cheddar, Parm, garlic powder, and chives until light and fluffy, 2 to 3 minutes.Pour mixture onto plastic wrap, wrap and form into a bowl. Refrigerate until firm, 2 hours.Roll cheese ball in combination of black and white sesame seeds.Using a spoon, make a circle on the upper portion of the ball. Using a knife, make a shallow seam across the middle of the ball.
