6 oz (about 1 cup) of Semi or bittersweet Chocolate Chips OR chopped semi or bittersweet chocolate
2 Tablespoons cornstarch (can leave this out but it does make it thicker and creamier)
generous 1/4 tsp of sea salt
Directions
Using a food processor; process all the ingredients until well combined and blended into a fine powder. This takes me about a minute. By hand; Very finely chop or grate the chocolate and mix with remaining ingredients until well blended and evenly combined.
In a saucepan whisk in 2 to 3 Tablespoons of cocoa mix for every 1 cup of milk- (I use about 2 1/2 Tbsp). Heat over medium heat, occasionally whisking or stirring (making sure to scrape bottom of pan), until it reaches a gentle simmer and mix is fully dissolved. Serve plain or with whipped cream or marshmallows. Enjoy!!
