  • ½ c. rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp. whole flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp. whole chia seeds

Directions

  • Place everything into a food processor.
  • Pulse several times until roughly chopped.
  • Place into a mason jar and securely close the lid.
  • When ready to eat, boil 1 cup water and pour into the jar. Stir.
  • Close the lid and allow to sit for up to 10 minutes.
  • Top with whatever you want and take on the go.
  • Serves: 1 serving
