Easy cake mix pumpkin chocolate chip cookies

  • 1 Spice cake mix
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Ingredients

• 1 spice cake mix
• 1 can (15 oz) pure pumpkin
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• ¾ cup chocolate chips (We like to use mini chocolate chips if were making bite-size cookies)

Directions

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix the first 4 ingredients (cake mix, pumpkin, egg and vanilla) together. Once combine mix in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed. The dough will be very sticky and soft. Spoon or scoop 1 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cookie springs back when touched.
