• 12 ounces rotini pasta ( or bowtie )
• 2 carrots ( peeled and diced )
• 3 green onion ( sliced )
• 2 celery ( sliced )
• 2 tomatoes ( diced )
• 1 pound broccoli ( chopped )
• 1 Can (4 oz) olives ( sliced )
• 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated 1/2 cup italian dressing ( more or less ) to taste salt and pepper Directions Cook pasta in salted water. Rinse with cold water to cool. Stir in vegetables, o lives, and parmesan cheese. Add Italian dressing and salt an d pepper to taste.
