• • orange food gel

• • mini marshmallows, sliced in half
• • pretzel sticks, broken into 1-inch pieces
• • white pearl sprinkles
• • Red velvet Oreo cookies
• • white chocolate chips or vanilla candy melts
• • black food gel
• • yellow regular M&Ms
• • white chocolate chips or vanilla candy melts
• • light blue food gel
• • dark blue food gel
• • white pearl sprinkles

Directions

• Slice off the top portion of the Mike and Ike’s candy; adhere the sticky part to the wider top part of an M&M, forming the lights. Set aside.
• In a medium microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals until smooth. Spoon a few small scoops into a small bowl; mix in the green food gel. Transfer the green colored chocolate to a small Ziploc bag; snip off a small corner.
• Spread the remaining melted white chocolate onto a baking sheet in a rectangular shape. Place the M&M lights on the melted chocolate; pipe the green chocolate in a line, connecting the lights.
• Place in the refrigerator for 20 or so minutes to set. Break into pieces and enjoy!
• In two small microwave safe bowls, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second intervals until smooth. Mix orange food gel into one, black food gel into the other. Transfer to two separate small Ziploc bags; snip off a small corner.
• In a medium microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate candy melts in the microwave in 30 second intervals until smooth. Spread onto a baking sheet in a rectangular shape.
• Place three marshmallows in a line to form the snowman, followed by the pretzel pieces to form arms. Pipe a small black chocolate dot onto the lower two marshmallows, and an orange chocolate dot on the top one. Sprinkle bark with some white pearl sprinkles as snowflakes.
• Place in the refrigerator for 20 or so minutes to set. Break into pieces and enjoy!

Spoon a few small scoops into two separate small bowls; mix light blue food gel into one, dark blue food gel into the other. Transfer to two separate small Ziploc bags; snip off a small corner.
• Spread remaining melted white chocolate onto a baking sheet in a rectangular shape. Pipe both blue colored chocolates onto the white chocolate; then cut through with a knife to make a swirling pattern. Sprinkle bark with some white pearl sprinkles as snowflakes.
• Place in the refrigerator for 20 or so minutes to set. Break into pieces and enjoy!
