Easy Vanilla Cake Recipe with Yogurt and Cranberries

  • 1 box Vanilla cake mix

  • 1 cup Cabot greek vanilla bean yogurt

Description

Ingredients

• 1 box vanilla cake mix (I used Pillsbury Purely Simple White Cake)
• 3 eggs
• 10 tablespoons butter (melted)
• 1 cup Cabot Greek Vanilla Bean Yogurt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 12 ounces fresh cranberries
• Powdered sugar for serving

Directions

• Combine boxed cake mix, eggs, melted butter, vanilla and yogurt in a mixing bowl
• Mix on low 30 seconds to combine
• Beat on medium high for 2 minutes
• Slowly stir in the cranberries
• Pour into a 13 x 9 inch glass pan that has been sprayed with non stick spray
• Bake at 350 degrees for however long your package of cake mix says to bake for (mine took about 40 minutes)
• Remove from oven and let cool
• Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar
