Ingredients

  • 1 onion, diced
  • ¾ C. chili sauce
  • ½ C. beer
  • 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (2-3 lb.) beef brisket
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 C. brown sugar

Directions

  • In your pressure cooker, combine onion, chili sauce, beer, and Worcestershire; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes. Rub brisket with salt, pepper, and garlic; add to pressure cooker. Cover, bring to a high pressure, and reduce heat to medium as the brisket cooks for an hour. Shred brisket, stir in brown sugar, and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes.
