Ingredients

• 3 - 4 ounces baby arugula
• 1 fennel bulb, spiralized
• ½ sweet onion, spiralized and roughly chopped
• 2 apples, spiralized (I used gala)
• ½ - ¾ cup French vinaigrette
• Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

• In a large bowl, toss the salad ingredients with the dressing.
