Fireball Whiskey Cheesecake Shots

• Condiments

  • 2 tsp Lemon juice

  • 1/3 cup Brown sugar, packed
  • 1 21 oz. can Cherry pie filling
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
  • 1/3 cup White sugar

• Snacks

  • 1 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs

• Dairy

  • 1/3 cup Butter
  • 2 8 oz. packages Cream cheese
  • 1 pint Heavy cream

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 1/3 cup Fireball whiskey

Ingredients

• 1½ c. graham cracker crumbs
• ⅓ c. packed brown sugar
• 1 t. ground cinnamon
• ⅓ c. butter, melted
• 2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
• 2 t. lemon juice
• 1 pint heavy cream
• ⅓ c. white sugar
• 1 21 oz. can cherry pie filling
• ⅓ cup Fireball Whiskey

Directions

• Combine the cherry pie filling and 2 shots of the whiskey into a bowl and stir together well.
• Combine the graham crackers crumbs, brown sugar, melted butter and cinnamon together in a bowl.
• Stir until all the graham crackers are coated with the butter.
• Add 1-2 T. of the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of each shot glass, pressing down to make a crust at the bottom.
• In a mixer, add the cream cheese and lemon juice and mix together until the cream cheese is smooth.
• Add in the cream and the whiskey and mix together.
• Add in the white sugar and blend until smooth.
• Using a teaspoon, scoop out enough cream cheese mixture to each shot glass to fill ¾ of the way up.
• Place a tablespoon of cherry pie topping on top of the cheesecake mixture and place in the refrigerator to chill until your ready.
