Healthy Homemade Sweetened Condensed Milk

    • 1 tsp Stevia extract
  • Baking & Spices

    • 1/2 tsp Xanthan gum
  • Dairy

    • 1 12oz can Milk, fat-free
    • 120 g Milk, Dried Nonfat
  • Other

    • 70g (½ cup Powdered Erythritol

  • one 12oz can Evaporated Fat Free Milk
  • 1 tsp Stevia Extract
  • 120g (1 cup) Dried Nonfat Milk
  • 70g (½ cup) Powdered Erythritol
  • ½ tsp Xanthan Gum

Directions

  • In a high speed blender, add the evaporated milk and stevia extract. In a small bowl, whisk together the dried milk powder, erythritol, and xanthan gum. While blending, add in the dry ingredients.  Blend until completely smooth.  Serve immediately or store in the fridge in a tightly sealed jar or container.
