Ingredients

• 1 pound stew meat ( or beef tips )
• 1/4 cup butter ( melted )
• 3 tablespoons garlic ( minced )
• 1 tablespoon garlic salt to taste salt to taste black pepper Directions 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Mix together melted butter, minced garlic and garlic salt and set aside. 3. Line roasting pan with aluminum foil 4. Season beef tips with salt and butter 5. Place beef tips on skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for at least half hour before using) 6. Place skewers over roasting pan and baste liberally with the garlic butter. 7. Place pan with skewers on top in oven for 15-20 minutes depending on how you prefer meat to be cooked. 8. Pull the meat out every 5 minutes and baste with more garlic butter. 9. Serve with your favorite side dish.
