Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ground chicken (or ground turkey )
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 3 Tablespoons potato starch
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup Franks red hot sauce
  • ½ cup white vinegar
  • 1½ Tablespoons paprika

Directions

  • Mix together your ground chicken, egg, flaxseed, potato starch, scallions, garlic powder and onion powder. Fold ingredients together until well combined. Place in the fridge 15-20 minutes for easier handling
  • Preheat oven to 400 F. Prepare parchment paper over two baking sheets
  • Create inch size meatballs and place on the parchment covered baking sheets. Making apprx 24 meatballs
  • Place in oven for 5-6 minutes or until edges are browned
  • Set in crockpot and cover with buffalo sauce.
  • Set crockpot on low for 2 hours.
