Directions

  • Combine the spices in a jar or mug.
  • Boil the milk. Pour over the spices and stir. Let it sit for 5-10 mins to steep and cool slightly.
  • Chill for 1 hour in the freezer or 3-4 hours in the fridge until completely cool.
  • In a blender, combine the banana, dates, and golden milk. Blend until smooth.
  • Add the ice. Blend briefly.
  • Pour into a glass. Top with coconut whipped cream. Enjoy!
