• Condiments

  • 2 tsp Honey, raw

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 1/2 tsp Apple cider vinegar

• Liquids

  • 1/2 cup Water

Ingredients

• 2 Cups Strawberries, Chopped
• ½ Cup Water
• 2 Teaspoon Raw Honey
• ½ Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
• 3 Cups Strawberries, Quartered

Directions

• Add chopped berries, water, and honey to a sauce pot
• Bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes, until strawberries are extremely tender
• Transfer mixture to blender and puree until smooth
• Add apple cider vinegar
• Pour hot strawberry sauce over quartered berries
• Chill in the fridge at least 30 minutes
