Greek salad on a stick

• Produce

  • 3 thin slices Cucumber all stacked in little stacks of three ready to go
  • 1 Grape tomato, half

• Condiments

  • 1 Olive, pitted

• Other

  • thinly sliced teeny pieces of purple onion, and just squish them between the cucumber and the tomato (I am not a fan of raw onion at all, but I can handle it when it's sliced so thin like this

Ingredients

• one half grape tomato
• three thin slices of cucumber all stacked in little stacks of three ready to go
• thinly sliced teeny pieces of purple onion, and just squish them between the cucumber and the tomato (I am not a fan of raw onion at all, but I can handle it when its sliced so thin like this)
• a pitted olive, I used black olives, but you could use greek olives
• a little cube of feta cheese. I added a little dried oregano and olive oil to the feta cubes so they wouldnt dry out.

Directions

• To complete the sticks, I drizzled Simply Dressed Greek Feta Salad Dressing on top of each one. Its the perfect dressing for these little greek salad bites.
