Description

Ingredients

• 5 cups spinach
• 3 cups coconut milk
• 2.5 cups frozen Sunshine Blend Dole Fruit (strawberries, peaches, mandarin oranges)
• 1 15 oz can (with liquid) diced mangos
• Popsicle molds

Directions

• In a blender mix together the fruit, spinach and coconut milk, adjust if necessary to make it more green (less brown), or to make it less thick so it is easier to pour into the popsicle molds.
• Pour into the molds. Depending on the size of molds you use this makes 12-24 pops. Adjust amounts accordingly if you want more or less.
• Place sticks into molds, and put in freezer until frozen through, usually a minimum of an hour and a half.
• Remove from molds
• Enjoy
