  • 1 tbsp Coconut flakes, toasted

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain

Ingredients

• 1 ripe pear, peeled, cored and chopped
• 1 frozen banana
• ½ ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
• 1 mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
• ½ cup roughly chopped spinach leaves
• ½ cup roughly chopped kale leaves
• ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
• ½ cup almond milk
• 1 tbsp Nutiva® Organic Hempseed
• 1 tbsp toasted sliced almonds
• 1 tbsp toasted coconut flakes

Directions

• In blender, purée pear, banana, avocado and half of the mango. Add spinach, kale, yogurt and almond milk; process until smooth.
• Pour into bowl and top with remaining mango, hempseed, almonds and coconut flakes.
