Ingredients

• 1 box vanilla or white cake mix
• ½ package (4 oz) cream cheese
• ½ cup butter, softened
• 1 egg
• Green food dye
• Heart sprinkles

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350F
• Prepare a cookie sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
• Mix the cake mix, cream cheese, butter and egg together until completely combined
• Add the green food dye a few drops at a time, mixing thoroughly and adjusting to reach your desired color.
• Using a small cookie scoop, portion out 1½ Tablespoon sized mounds and attach a heart sprinkle in the middle of each.
• Bake 10-13 minutes until spread, cracked and no longer glossy.
• Allow the cookies to cool on a cooling rack before serving or storing.
