• 4 slices Pepperidge Farm Farmhouse™ Oatmeal bread
• 1 (9 ounce) package Hillshire Farm® Thin Sliced Honey Ham
• 4 tablespoons Hellmanns® Real Mayonnaise
• 1 apple, thinly sliced
• 6 pieces of thick-cut bacon, cooked
• 2 slices cheddar cheese

Directions

• Assemble the sandwich by spreading all 4 slices of Pepperidge Farm Farmhouse™ Oatmeal bread with Hellmanns® Real Mayonnaise. Then layer on Hillshire Farm® Thin Sliced Honey Ham, apple slices, thick cut bacon and a slice of cheddar cheese. Top with the remaining two slices of bread. Enjoy immediately.
