These are the perfect topping to top your smoothie bowls or favorite vegan ice creams. This recipe is vegan, high-carb low fat vegan, naturally sweetened, and free of gluten, nuts, and soy!!

Ingredients

  • 1½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup soft medjool dates (pitted)
  • ½ cup baking cocoa

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in food processor and pulse till a thick dough forms.
  • Cover a working surface with parchment paper, and roll out the the mixture on a dusted working board so that it is about an ½ thick and in a rectangular shape.
  • Slice the edges so that the brownie is a large rectangle and chop into little bites. (or whatever size you choose!!)
  • Enjoy as a snack or atop a smoothie bowl, vegan ice cream, vegan yogurt, or whatever you desire!!
