    • 1 drops Peppermint extract

  • Frozen

    • 1 handful Ice cubes

    • 1 Large banana or two small ones, frozen

A healthy, no guilt holiday treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana or two small ones, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt
  • 1-2 drops peppermint extract (see notes)
  • handful of ice cubes
  • Optional topping: whipped cream, mini dark chocolate chips and Christmas sprinkles

Directions

  • Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth
  • If having as more of a treat serve with whipped cream, mini dark chocolate chips and Christmas sprinkles.
