    • 1/8 cup Pumpkin puree, pure
  • Refrigerated

    • 2 cups Almond milk
  • Condiments

    • 3 tbsp Maple syrup
  • Baking & Spices

    • 1 tsp Cinnamon
    • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
    • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Directions

  • Whisk Together the pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger in a small saucepan.
  • Add almond milk and maple syrup. stir well and heat slowly on a medium heat. bring to a simmer cook for 5 minutes stir constantly.
  • Stir in maple syrup and vanilla. remove from heat. Cool Completely.
  • Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for 5-7 days. Shake well before using as some of the spices may settle to the bottom.
  • Serves: 2 cups
