  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Ingredients

• ¾ cup butter, softened
• ¾ cup brown sugar
• ¼ cup sugar
• 1 (3.4 oz) packet instant chocolate pudding mix, dry
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 ¼ cups flour
• 1 cup finely chopped or crushed pecans
• 5 ounces caramel
• 1 Tablespoon evaporated milk
• 36 HERSHEYS KISSES Chocolates, unwrapped

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Stir together flour and baking soda and set aside.
• In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars together.
• Add in pudding package and beat until well blended.
• Add eggs and vanilla.
• Add flour mixture and mix until well incorporated.
• Roll into 1 balls and roll each ball in finely chopped pecans to coat. Place each ball on greased baking sheet, 12 cookies per sheet.
• Bake at 350 degrees F for 8-12 minutes.
• In a microwave safe bowl, combine caramel and evaporated milk. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring between each increment until smooth and completely melted. Drizzle over the top of each cookie.
• Place a HERSHEYS KISSES Chocolate in the middle of each cookie.
