Homemade Calpis Japanese Drink Cuisine: Japanese Author: Chopstick Chronicles Prep time: 5 mins Cook time: 5 mins Total time: 10 mins Serves: 200 g

Ingredients

  • Natural greek style yoghurt ½ cup or 110g
  • 3 tbs Lemon juice
  • 60 g sugar
  • Mineral water/water/soda to dilute

Directions

  • Mix yoghurt, lemon juice and sugar well.
  • Strain the mixture using a fine strainer.
  • Keep it in a container in the fridge
  • To make Calpis Japanese drink, pour ¼ cup of yoghurt mixture into a glass
  • Add ¾ cup of mineral water and mix them well.
  • Serve with mint leaves and your choice of fruit.
