    • 1 cup Gluten free all purpose flour
    • 1/2 tsp Salt
    • 2 tsp Xanthan gum
  • Oils & Vinegars

    • 1 tbsp Olive oil

  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 cup gluten free all purpose flour

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in high powered blender in order listed.
  • Puls until dough is formed.
  • Roll dough into a ball.
  • On a flour dusted surface, using a rolling pin, roll dough in a thin layer.
  • Slice into pasta ribbons.
  • Separate & place in a boiling pot of water for 3 minutes.
  • Strain & rinse with cold water.
