Ingredients

2 Large Potatoes
2Tbsp Olive Oil
2Tbsp Coconut Oil
Salt & Pepper
1Tbsp Homemade Tomato Ketchup

Directions

Peel your potatoes and using your spiralizer make them into the shape of curly fries.
In a bowl mix together the olive oil, coconut oil and potatoes so that they are all evenly coated.
Place them in the Air Fryer and cook for 15 minutes on 180c.
Coat with salt and pepper then serve with homemade tomato ketchup.
