  • 1 beet
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 4 carrots
  • 4 celery stalks
  • ½ bunch spinach
  • ½ small bunch watercress
  • ½ small bunch parsley

  • Wash all produce thoroughly and chop into pieces that will fit into your juicer. Juice all ingredients and serve over ice.
