Ingredients

• 1 bagel (your favorite flavor), sliced (heres the recipe for homemade sourdough bagels that I used)
• 2 - 3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
• 2 tablespoons pistachios, chopped
• 3 - 4 teaspoons honey
• cracked black pepper & sea salt

Directions

• Toast bagel until desired crispness. Spread with cream cheese and top with avocado slices, then pistachios, and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with honey and enjoy!
