  • 1.5 kgs Chicken Wings
  • 4 Tablespoons Honey (where to find honey)

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix together the honey, tamari, salt and apple cider vinegar to form a marinade.
  • Place the chicken wings in an oven proof dish and pour over the prepared marinade and stir to combine.
  • Place in the fridge to marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight, turning the chicken occasionally to re-distribute the marinade amongst the chicken.
  • When youre ready to cook the chicken, preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
  • Once the oven has reached the temperature, place the prepared chicken wings into the oven.
  • Cook for 20 minutes then remove from the oven, turn over and cook for a further 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
