Honey Roasted Radishes

  • 4 cups Radishes

• Condiments

  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 Dashes Pepper

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil

Description

Ingredients

• 4 cups of radishes
• 1 TBSP Coconut Oil Melted (you can also use olive oil, we just love coconut oil)
• 3 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice or about 1 small lemon or ½ of a large lemon
• 3 TBSP honey (we love to use local raw honey)
• Dashes of pepper

Directions

• • Wash radishes and cut the stems/roots off. Then cut them in half/thirds/quarters depending on how big they are.
• • Mix your sauce by whisking all of the other ingredients together in a bowl until well blended.
• • Pour the sauce over the washed and cut radishes and mix well and evenly.
• • Spread the coated radishes onto a greased cookie sheet or glass cake pan, trying to make an even layer.
• • Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes until the outside begins to crisp a little and turn brown (the insides will still be soft).
• • Serve warm and immediately
