Queso Fresco Guacamole

  • 4 large avocados juice of 1/2 of a large lime 2 roma tomatoes, diced 1/2 large onion, diced 1/2 cup of La Vaquita® Queso Fresco cheese, crumbled

Ingredients

• 4 large avocados
• juice of 1/2 of a large lime
• 2 roma tomatoes, diced
• 1/2 large onion, diced
• 1/2 cup of La Vaquita® Queso Fresco cheese, crumbled

Directions

• Remove the avocado meat from four avocados and add to a large bowl.
• Squeeze half of a large lime onto them.
• Use a potato masher to mash the avocado.
• Chop tomatoes and onions and add to the avocado.
• Crumble La Vaquita® Queso Fresco cheese and add to the avocado.
• Mix thoroughly.
• Serve immediately or chill for up to 30 minutes.
