  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 pinch Of salt and pepper

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Red wine vinegar

Directions

• Over medium heat, combine the bacon grease and brown sugar whisking until the sugar is well incorporated.
• Add in the remaining ingredients and whisk to combine.
• Reduce heat to simmer to keep warm.
• Serve warm over your favorite salad.
