  • 4 bananas
  • ½ pineapple (4 cups)
  • 4-6 leaves of kale
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

Directions

  • Cut and peel your pineapple.
  • In your high speed blender, combine bananas, pineapple, and kale.
  • Add ice and/ or water and blend until smooth and creamy.
