Ingredients

  • Seafood

    • 4 oz Crab meat
  • Produce

    • 6 Cherry tomatoes
    • 2 tbsp Dill
    • 1 Jalapeno, large
    • 2 tbsp Scallions
  • Condiments

    • 1/3 cup Mayo
  • Baking & Spices

    • 1 Dash Salt
  • Bread & Baked Goods

    • 1 French bread
  • Dairy

    • 1 cup Cheese
    • 4 oz Cream cheese
    • 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • Other

    • 1 cup Chopped ready shrimped

Makes: 24 appetizers (canapes)

Directions

  • Slice French bread into about 22-24 slices.
  • Chop crab meat, shrimp, jalapeno, scallion, tomatoes and dill. (Be sure to chop jalapeno into really small pieces.)
  • In a small bowl combine the cream cheese, mayo, Parmesan cheese and seasonings. (Add Cheyenne to taste. I really like food with a kick to it so I add some Cheyenne pepper to the tops of the canapés as well.
  • Combine all of the ingredients.
  • Spread over the bread slices.
  • Bake in preheated oven to 365°F about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
