How to make Eggnog Cupcakes

  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Vanilla frosting

  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Milk

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 1/4 cup Eggnog
  • 1 Eggnog

Ingredients

• 1½ Cup flour
• 1 Cup sugar
• 1 Tsp baking powder
• ¼ Cup milk
• ¼ Cup eggnog
• 1 egg
• 1 Tsp vanilla
• ½ Tsp cinnamon
• ½ Cup butter
• Eggnog for brushing
• Vanilla frosting

Directions

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a cupcake pan with 12 cupcake liners.
• In a bowl mix the butter and the sugar until fluffy.
• Add the rest of the ingredients and continue mixing on medium speed until everything is well incorporated.
• Divide the batter between the 12 cupcake liners and take to the oven. Bake for 20 minutes or until done. Remove and let them cool down.
• Brush the tops with eggnog and let them sit for 15 minutes.
• Decorate with frosting and serve.
